Chronic knee or back pain

Pain that keeps coming back despite rest, medication, or other treatments.

Injury recovery after surgery

You want to recover fully and safely — not just get back to "okay".

What Is Physical Rehabilitation & Movement Coaching?

At Kevarn, we go beyond treating symptoms. We identify why your body is moving poorly — whether that is a weakness, a mobility restriction, or faulty motor control — and fix it at the root.

Our coaches work one-on-one with each client to build a customised rehabilitation and movement plan, combining corrective exercises, targeted training, and ongoing assessment to restore how your body was meant to function.

Every client we have ever worked with — even those with no pain or complaints — has benefited from early movement correction. That is how foundational this work is.

The 3 Pillars of Optimal Movement

Every movement relies on these three foundations. If any one is missing, your body compensates, and pain follows.

🔄

Mobility

The range of motion your joints can achieve. Without adequate mobility, movement patterns change, forcing other parts of the body to overcompensate — a key driver of chronic pain.

💪

Strength

The ability of your muscles to generate force and stabilise joints. Without adequate strength, movements break down, form suffers, and injury risk rises.

🧠

Motor Control

The nervous system coordinating smooth, efficient movement. Good motor control means the right muscles fire at the right time — reducing fatigue and injury.

How It Works

Our process is simple, structured, and tailored entirely to you.

🔍

Step 1 — Assess

We conduct a thorough movement assessment to identify your specific weaknesses, restrictions, and compensation patterns.

📋

Step 2 — Plan

We design a customised programme of corrective exercises, mobility work, and progressive training built around your body and goals.

📈

Step 3 — Rebuild

Through consistent guided sessions, we retrain your body to move the right way — building lasting strength, mobility, and freedom from pain.

Movement vs. Physical Rehabilitation

Movement coaching focuses on improving how your whole body functions — training you to move well in everyday life and exercise. Physical rehabilitation targets a specific body part that is not working optimally — restoring its function so it contributes properly to overall movement.

In practice, most clients need both. You might move well overall but still have a hip or shoulder that is compensating — causing pain further down the line. Our role is to find and fix it before it becomes a bigger problem.

Why Early Intervention Matters

Delaying rehabilitation after an injury, surgery, or illness increases recovery time, reduces long-term mobility, and lowers quality of life. At Kevarn, we prioritise early, targeted intervention to get you back to full function as quickly and safely as possible.

Even people with no pain or complaints almost always have movement imbalances that — left unaddressed — will become problems. That is why rehabilitation and movement correction are woven into everything we do at Kevarn.
